By using or registering as a Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card holder, you consent to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

To enjoy the full benefits of the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty program), you are required to provide Shingle Inn with a valid email address. However, on completing the registration form you can select if you would like to receive emails from Shingle Inn.

Only one Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) card and account is permitted per person, per email address.

Shingle Inn accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided by Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card holders on web forms or the like.

Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, Shingle Inn points, rewards and offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No interest or any other earnings on points, awards or credits on a Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card will accrue, be paid or be credited to you by Shingle Inn.

Shingle Inn reserves the right to refuse use of a Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card on suspicion of unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use. Where this occurs, the account and card will be cancelled and any Shingle Inn points, rewards or credits will be lost.

Shingle Inn reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by notifying members through email or on the Shingle Inn website.

While every reasonable endeavour will be made to ensure your purchases are recorded and that any Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards or credits are correctly awarded, we take no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting your purchases to your Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card account. All Shingle Inn stores across Australia will accept the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card although from time to time some stores may not be able to due to system & software upgrades or developments.

Membership of the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) loyalty program entitles you to earn Shingle Inn InnerCircle points, rewards and credits which can be redeemed for selected menu items in store. You will, however, have to present your Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card or member number each time you make a purchase or redeem points, rewards or credits in order for each transaction to be recorded correctly.

You must have registered your details via www.shingleinn.com/innercircle to be eligible to receive the full benefits of accruing and earning Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards or credits for products.

The only exception to this is through with the Hot Beverage loyalty program, where a customer must have a minimum of 5 prior hot beverage purchases in order to redeem their 6th hot beverage free. Customer’s earn hot beverage points, reward and credits on all full priced hot beverage purchased even if you have not registered your details. You can redeem your free loyalty drinks while youre card is unregistered.

Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits are the currency of Shingle Inn. Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits are not legal tender and cannot be used by any other means other than as part of Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shingle Inn reserves the right to change the rate of point, reward and/or credit and value that form part of the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) program at anytime.

Every time a customer makes a purchase on selected menu items within a Shingle Inn Store they will accrue Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and/or credits.

Selected menu items include all full priced hot beverage items.

To earn Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits you must first collect a Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card from a participating Shingle Inn café and present the card during your transaction to be scanned. Failure to provide your card for scanning, or failure to advise the Shingle Inn team member of your Membership Number means you forfeit your points for that single transaction.

Participants must register their card at www.shingleinn.com/innercircle before being able to redeem full benefits available with Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards or credits.

To redeem full Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits, you must meet the following criteria; a) Collect your Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card from a participating Shingle Inn store. b) Go online to www.shingleinn.com/innercircle and register your details by completing all required fields.

Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Customers can use their Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits to redeem products only within selected promotional categories, which will be communicated above and beyond the following assigned categories:

  • Full priced Hot Beverages – dine in/take away
  • Specially marked and promoted products

Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits can not be purchased or traded.

In the case of a lost or stolen card, you should: a) Visit a Shingle Inn store and request a new card. b) Log onto www.shingleinn.com/innercircle using your existing username (email address) and password, select the ‘Activate Card’ tab and enter the new membership number and verification code to link your existing Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) profile to your new card.

Shingle Inn will take reasonable steps so that any Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits on the lost or stolen card are transferred to the new card, however Shingle Inn will not be held responsible for any Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits that are lost in the transfer.

Shingle Inn assumes no liability for lost or stolen cards. It is the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card holder’s responsibility to obtain a new Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card from any participating Shingle Inn store and go online to www.shingleinn.com and transfer the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits balance to the new card.

Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Cards are not valid with any other promotion, discount or offer.

On occasions, Shingle Inn will run promotions exclusive to the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) loyalty program. These promotions will be subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified.

No fees are charged by Shingle Inn for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card.

Complaints Handling

While reasonable effort will be made in the store so that Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits are correctly awarded, Shingle Inn takes no responsibility for errors associated with crediting Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) points, rewards and credits onto the Shingle Inn InnerCircle (Shingle Inn Loyalty Member) Card.

We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP card if we believe a clerical or accounting error has occurred.

From the 1st September 2016 Shingle Inn will no longer issue paper/card based ‘buy 5 get 1 free’ stamped loyalty cards. All existing paper/card based loyalty cards expired on December 31st 2016. Stores are under no obligation to redeem stamps on your paper/card based loyalty cards after this date however we will try to assist wherever possible, including in the transfer of paper/card based stamps to your new Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP card until 30th April 2017. After this time all paper/card based loyalty cards will need to be destroyed and forfeited.

Points & reward Validity

Registration Offer: Your registration offer will be available for 30 days from the date of program registration. In order to redeem your offer simply visit a Shingle Inn cafe within 30 days of signing up to our Loyalty program.

Birthday Offer: You will receive your Birthday Offer 1 week before your Date of Birth as listed in your registration form. Once this date has been provided it is unchangeable. Your birthday offer will be valid for 1 week before your Birthday date as listed in your registration, and 3 weeks after your birthday date as listed in registration. You must use your birthday offer within this 4-week period, otherwise the offer becomes invalid. Our current birthday offer is a Complimentary Hot Beverage (standard cup-sized coffee, tea or hot chocolate) & Choc Cranberry Cookie.

Additional special Points & rewards: Occasionally we will offer additional points, offers, and rewards to our InnerCircle VIP Members. All such offers will detail expiry or validity dates. Please ensure you read this information to avoid missing out on offers provided exclusively to our InnerCircle VIP Members.
